Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.
Shipping is currently only available to UK residential addresses.
You can find the expected delivery dates at the Checkout stage of your online order and on your subsequent Order Confirmation email. These can also be found by logging into your Shop Online account. If your items have different delivery dates, you can choose multiple deliveries or wait and have everything delivered at the same time. The charge of a delivery is based on the weight and size of a parcel, we try to minimise these by consolidating packaging but if it is necessary to send multiple packages, in multiple deliveries these will be charged accordingly.
The prices displayed on our website do not include delivery costs. If ordering online, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Those ordering by telephone will have shipping charges confirmed prior to payment.
If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will be no additional charge for the subsequent deliveries.
If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a calling card which will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a charge of £20 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.
